Our testing processes
In-House Full Tests
We want to exceed our customers’ expectations and provide products that best suit their needs and style. We believe that quality comes from choosing the best materials and strict management methods.
1.Salt Spray Test
By exposing our jewelry to a corrosive environment for over 24 hours, we rigorously test its color retention and anti-corrosion properties. This ensures that each piece maintains its appearance and durability
2.Sulfur Dioxide Test
The purpose of the test is to determine the resistance of the jewelry to tarnish and discoloration caused by exposure to acidic substances.
3.Rubbing Test
During this test, the jewelry is rubbed back and forth 50 times using a grinding belt. Only pieces that retain a fully intact coating pass the test, ensuring the plating is highly durable and resistant to wear.
4.Vibration Test
Evaluates the stability and durability of jewelry components such as zircons, clasps, and pendants. The instrument simulates real-world movements, ensuring that all parts remain securely in place.
5.Artificial Sweat Test
The jewelry is subjected to artificial sweat, which is sprayed onto the jewelry for 48 hours, to determine if the jewelry will tarnish or become discolored.
6.Plating Thickness Test
During this test, the jewelry is rubbed back and forth 50 times using a grinding belt. Only pieces that retain a fully intact coating pass the test, ensuring the plating is highly durable and resistant to wear.
