Die Casting for Complex & Intricate Designs

Die casting is an advanced manufacturing process ideal for producing highly detailed and complex stainless steel jewelry with precision. By injecting molten metal into a custom-designed mold under high pressure, we achieve sharp details, consistent quality, and intricate patterns that would be difficult to create through traditional methods.

Hydraulic For Simple-Shaped Jewelry

With hydraulic press machines, stainless steel can be embossed with intricate textures and punched with decorative patterns such as flowers, leaves, and geometric shapes. After a meticulous polishing process, the jewelry’s luster and appearance are significantly enhanced, achieving a refined and elegant finish. Stamping craftsmanship is the perfect technique for producing minimalist-style bracelets and necklaces.

Cutting for Hollowing Out Features

The jewelry design is first imported into specialized cutting software, which works in sync with advanced automatic cutting machines to precisely cut stainless steel plates into the required shapes and sizes for jewelry making.

Feebee offers a range of cutting technologies to bring your designs to life. Our machines can cut stainless steel up to 8mm thick, ensuring versatility for various styles.

Durable and stylish, stainless steel resists rust, tarnish, and corrosion—perfect for everyday wear. Its versatility supports a wide range of designs, from sleek minimalism to bold statements, suiting every style.

We use the process of PVD Coating our 18K/14k/Rose Gold,Black, Blue jewelry (0.03-0.08 microns thick) over stainless steel combined with high-polishing treatment ensures that the color retention lasts over two years.
