Once the jewelry is placed in the vacuum chamber, the air is removed to create a controlled environment. The coating material, in solid form, is then heated until it evaporates or sublimates. As it settles on the jewelry’s surface, it condenses into a thin, uniform, and durable layer.

Inspection

To ensure optimal thickness, durability, and aesthetics, each coated jewelry piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection, checking for uniformity, adhesion, and appearance. Once approved, the jewelry is carefully removed from the fixtures and prepared for packaging.
