Forming a durable, thin layer.
What is PVD Coating?
Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) is a vacuum-based process that deposits a thin film of metal or other materials onto a substrate. It works by vaporizing the coating material, which then condenses onto the target surface, forming a durable, thin layer.

The PVD Coating in Some Key Steps
Step 1
Loading up Jewelry onto the Fixture
The production process starts by securely placing the jewelry on specialized fixtures, ensuring proper positioning and separation. This setup allows for thorough cleaning, reaching every corner with precision.
Step 2
Ultrasonic Cleaning & Drying
The production process starts by securely placing the jewelry on specialized fixtures, ensuring proper positioning and separation. This setup allows for thorough cleaning, reaching every corner with precision.
Step 3
Gas Reaction & Coating
Once the jewelry is placed in the vacuum chamber, the air is removed to create a controlled environment. The coating material, in solid form, is then heated until it evaporates or sublimates. As it settles on the jewelry’s surface, it condenses into a thin, uniform, and durable layer.
Step 4
Inspection
To ensure optimal thickness, durability, and aesthetics, each coated jewelry piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection, checking for uniformity, adhesion, and appearance. Once approved, the jewelry is carefully removed from the fixtures and prepared for packaging.
